We love all of our clients at Hello Gorgeous, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Cancellations

At Hello Gorgeous, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a non refundable deposit will be required to re-book, and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in. Want to find out more? Running Late?

Hello Gorgeous is a very popular Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. Any appointment more than 15 minutes late will be considered cancelled.

Children in the salon

At Hello Gorgeous we do not have the facilities to accommodate children. For their safety, and the comfort of our other guests, children are not permitted in the salon unless receiving a service.

Should you arrive with young children to your appointment, who are not being serviced, you will be asked to reschedule for another day.
